Where is my progress?

Your active Classic run, record and inventory are saved on this device. Use Continue saved game to resume. Clearing app data, uninstalling or changing devices can remove local progress. Cloud saving and cross-device wallet synchronization are not supported.

A purchase has not arrived

Check its status in Google Play. A pending purchase must complete before items can be delivered. Reopen the game with an internet connection. If the purchase completed and items are still missing, email us with the product, order ID, app version and purchase time.

How do I restore ad removal?

Use the same Google Play account and choose Restore Purchases in Settings. The original anonymous billing credential must still be saved on this device. Clearing app data or using another device without that credential prevents automatic restoration. Used coins, gems and tools are not restored.

How do I challenge a friend?

Play a ranked Daily Challenge, then choose Submit result and Share card. Your friend opens the shared link, copies the challenge code and enters it under Have a friend's code? in the game. A shared link can also be pasted directly.

You both get the same initial board and piece sequence. Your friend tries to beat your score in practice mode; this is a score challenge, not live multiplayer. Codes expire seven days after the original result is submitted.

What can I spend coins and gems on?

The shop offers individual tools for coins and tool bundles for gems. Gems also unlock themes, combo signatures and other options shown in the game. Check each card for its price, contents and any purchase limits.

How do themes and combo effects work?

Open Themes to preview a look. Classic is free; locked themes cost gems. Previewing or selecting a theme you already own costs nothing. Equipped marks the current selection. Combo signatures add a chosen celebration style when you build a combo.

I cannot hear the game

Check Music and Sound Effects separately in Settings, then check your device's media volume and audio output. If you are using a browser build, interact with the game first so the browser can start audio.

Why are rewarded ads still visible?

Ad removal disables automatic interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional and start only when you choose them. A reward is granted after the advertising service confirms completion. Availability may vary, so an ad may not always be ready.

How do I change privacy choices?

Open Settings and look for Privacy choices. Google's consent service makes this option available when further choices can be shown. You can also read our privacy policy and contact us about information held by Starnama.
