Vivo’s Y300t is a soon-to-be-launched mid-range phone in China on March 31, 2025, and it is expected to rock quite a few features similar to the Vivo T4x 5G, which finally made its entry into India earlier this month.

Design and Display

The Vivo Y300t is said to be equipped with a Full HD+ LCD display measuring 6.72 inches, bearing a pixel count of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The screen would also support refreshing at a rate of 120Hz, hitting a peak brightness of 1,050 nits for extremely vivid views and buttery-smooth scrolling. Along with the flat frame, it would be matched with a curved glass back, together with a centered hole-punch cutout for the front camera. Available colors black, white, and blue.

Performance

In terms of performance, the Vivo Y300t may be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, built on a 4nm process, which will likely power this handset. This 4+4 octa-core processor has four Cortex-A78 cores at 2.5 GHz, four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, and the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Likely, the device would come in more than one memory variant, such as 8GB or 12GB RAM, and storage options between 128GB up to 512GB. However, expansion may not be possible, as there is no mention of a microSD card slot.

Camera System

The two expected rear cameras of this smartphone are:

  • Main Camera: 50 MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture; detects phase differences with PDAF so that pictures come out as sharp and highly detailed.
  • Depth Sensor: 2 MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture; provides depth info for capturing portrait shots.

It will have an 8 MP camera with an f/2.1 aperture for selfies and video calls in the front.

Battery and Charging

This will feature a huge, 6500mAh power bank that supports 44W wired fast charging. The kind of battery used in this mobile is bound to outlast the competition, and it will recharge quickly.

Software and Features

The software of this smartphone is likely to be Android 15 with Vivo’s OriginOS 5 loaded onto it. Other features can be found, such as an IR blaster and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which are IP64 rated in case of a bit of dust and water resistance.
